I booked a king size room, was put in the room they make you wait till they clean the rooms. After 2 hours I went down there and asked if it was cleaned, and to see if they could clean it and they just gave us a response of we’re short staffed. So we didn’t get the room I paid for, and they denied us a refund. I’m out of money just...
